The Zentini Secco Sparking

The term “Secco” refers to a German wine that has been “bubbled” with its own carbonic acid, which gives it that certain tingling sensation. Accordingly, the legal designation is Perlwein (sparkling wine).

With relatively little alcohol, a Secco is recommended as an ideal summer aperitif that does not put too much strain on the body even in hot temperatures.

Secco should be light, frothy and fun - but the good stuff has great flavour too. This is one such, with lively citrus fruit and a delicate floral aroma to it. Elegantly refreshing, this is a really great party fizz.
