Josef Friederich Rhein Riesling Spatlese QBA 2023

The largest wine-growing region in Germany - Rheinhessen - looks back on a long wine-growing tradition. Already the Romans used the excellent climatic and geological conditions for the cultivation of wine. The mountain ranges in the west protect the region and ensure low precipitation, warm summers and mild winters. Under these conditions, modern and uncomplicated top wines can be produced.

This Riesling was made from fully ripe grapes and gently fermented. A fine Riesling with flavours of apricot and peach.

This wine goes well with white meat dishes and mild cheeses as well as an aperitif.

Serve well chilled at 8 - 10 °C.
