Liebfraumilch (German for Beloved Lady’s Milk in reference to Virgin Mary) is a style of semi-sweet

German white wine. The first Liebfrauenmilch (original spelling) was produced since the eighteenth

century out of the vineyards of the “Liebfrauenkirche” in the city of Worms. Liebfraumilch ranks

in the German wine classification at Q.b.A. It must consist of at least 70 % Riesling, Silvaner or

Müller-Thurgau and it must have 18 - 40 grams per litre residual sugar.

Smooth and elegant, fruity aromas, easy drinking wine, light, clean finish.

This wine goes very well with light food such as chicken, seafood and pasta or to enjoy on its own.

Serve well chilled at 10 - 12 °C.
