Chateau Naujan Lapeyrere AOC Bordeaux Superieur 2015

AGEING

After going through the malolactic fermentation,

the maceration before fermentation, and

micro-oxygenation under pomace, the wine ages

in oak barrels for 12 months (10% new barrels,

60% in barrels used once, 30% in barrels used twice).

To the eye : dark ruby red color,

reflections of youth.

To the nose : Nose of black and red fruits,

notes of vanilla and mushroom.

To the palate : Intense, rich, woody attack on the

palate, tannins present but the finish is fluid

and refreshing. Serve on grills.
